Honest, Not Neat

Porcelain tower form, warm LED tealight recommended

Bricks stacked, surfaces left to drift so anagama flame could write across them. A lifted cap leaves a thin seam for light to fall and read the wall. The work is honest, not neat. It keeps the evidence of making and firing.

Placement: Dusk corner or mantle. Let the cap seam cast light downward onto the surface below. Light: Warm battery LED tealight only. Notes: No open flame. If photographed at night, use a room-reading image that shows the cast light.
